(JUNE 30, 2026) Main Street Insurance Group, formerly Strate Insurance Group, Inc. is celebrating three employee promotions and welcoming two new team members to its growing organization.
Christin Barnes has been promoted to Employee Benefits Account Executive. Christin began her career with Main Street Insurance Group in 2020 in the Employee Benefits Department as an Account Manager. As an Account Executive, Christin works on behalf of our clients to manage compliance, provide day-to-day support for HR teams, and oversee the renewal process. She is a 2022 graduate of Leadership Morristown.
Reflecting on her work, Christin shared, “I take pride in being part of something bigger than myself. What I love most about my role is helping businesses and their employees navigate the often complex world of healthcare and insurance with confidence and clarity.” Barnes continued, “Every day, I have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, provide guidance, and help companies find solutions that support both their business goals and their people. Knowing that my work makes a positive impact on employees and their families is incredibly rewarding.”
Brittany Hensley has been promoted to Personal Lines Account Manager. Brittany began her career at Main Street in April 2025 as an Administrative Specialist. She was quickly rewarded for her hard work, attention to detail, and customer service and is now serving our Personal Lines Clients. As an Account Manager, Brittany handles the day-to-day service needs for Personal Lines clients, including making coverage changes, answering billing questions, and handling renewals. Brittany is from Grainger County and now lives in White Pine.
Savanna Morton was promoted to Member Engagement Specialist in May 2026. Savanna began her career at Main Street in January 2026 as an Administrative Specialist, filling the role previously held by Brittany Hensley. As a Member Engagement Specialist, Savanna will work directly with our clients’ employees, helping answer questions about healthcare billing, plan benefits, and more.

Dennis Hernandez joined the team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in January 2026. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, Dennis services the day-to-day needs of Commercial Clients, including answering coverage questions, assisting with billing, and making coverage changes. Dennis is a Morristown native and is a graduate of Morristown East High School.
Sarah Smith joined the team as an Administrative Specialist on June 22, 2026. Previously, Sarah worked as a retail associate at Walmart and has served as Team Leader for the last year and a half. As a member of our Administrative Team, Sarah will sit at the front desk in our Morristown Office. She handles operations for the Morristown Office and supports the greater Administrative Team.
There are three additional team members who live in Tennessee and support local clients, as well as clients and operations in other states: Elizabeth Young, Personal Lines Account Manager; Kim Ratcliff, Operations Accounting Specialist; and Brandy Holland, Commercial Lines Account Executive.
